If you want to install a wifi extender manually, follow the steps below:
- The dead zone and router must be placed midway between the extender and router.
- The extension should then receive at least 50% of your router’s signals.
- By turning the extender mode switch, the Victony AC1200 extender should now be activated.
- Hold the button down until the power LED turns green.
- Then, on any of your devices, such as a phone, tablet, or laptop, go to the Wi-Fi settings and connect to the Victony wifi network name. It will resemble a Victory or WIFI-N extension.
- It will first appear to be an open network, therefore you will need a password to join it.
- The notification “No internet” will appear after the connection has been fully established.

Press the WPS button to connect your WiFi range extender to the AP. To set up your new extender arrangement, follow the steps below:

- Next, press and hold the WPS button for 5 seconds.
- After 15 to 20 seconds, the lights on both devices will begin to flicker, signalling a successful connection.
- Your new extender may now be placed wherever you choose using a range extender setup because it has been disconnected.
- After inputting the same password for both your router and the new extender settings, you will see “SSID EXT” in your wifi list.
